Primona demonstrate Dynamic Purchasing Systems with Kommers at Upphandlingsdagarna 27-28 January
One of the most interesting news in the new Swedish public procurement act is Dynamic Purchasing Systems, for Sweden a new opportunity to manage certain type of frame agreements. The Procurement and Purchasing-system Kommers is already today prepared to handle both the purchasing system publishing with continuous applications (step 1) and Second competition with a dynamic number of frame agreement suppliers (step 2).
Dynamic Purchasing Systems is included among other procedures in Kommers Procurement module and is instantly available for customers to try. DIS will be activated for all customers as soon as the new directive is in progress. Furthermore, Kommers can take the call off onwards to a purchase order and electronic commerce, another ambition presented by the Swedish Procurement Comission.
